A Black Country office complex is undergoing a £1.2 million renovation.
Birmingham-based developers Key Land Capital and Urban Village Capital are jointly working on the project at Trinity Point, in Halesowen, to renovate around 30,000 sq ft of office space.
Work also includes upgraded toilets and communal areas, a new roof and a replacement lift.
Citibase has agreed to lease 10,000 sq ft to create a flexible office hub aimed at attracting entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs seeking flexible accommodation.
Contractor Homebrook has been recruited to carry out the 12-week project.
Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards 2020
The Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards are back for a second year, in partnership with the Ladder for Greater Birmingham. The event will be held online only on Friday November 27, 2020 and will celebrateapprentices, employers and training and education providers.

Key Land Capital acquired Trinity Point, which is close to junction three of the M5, in 2018.
